Sam is born and raised in the Midwest, making him the only midwesterner at Yup!, which he is proud of and always lets us know! Prior to taking up real estate as a career and lifestyle, Sam was a touring musician for over 10 years! He finally settled in NYC in 2017.

 

Sam’s Midwestern heritage means that hospitality is in his DNA. To Sam, working in real estate develops a personal bond and trust between him and his client, and he works to meet their exact needs because he understands that finding someone the right home is a serious responsibility. A fun fact about our Sam is that he has never broken a bone, knock on wood!
